Positions available at Graceworks Lutheran Services in Centerville, Ohio
Human Resources Manager
Full-time:  Human Resources Manager for corporate human resources department in Centerville, Ohio.  Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, the successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, managing the employment process, compensation, employee relations, HRIS, policy development and compliance oversight for an employee base of 900.  Ideal candidates will have a master’s degree in human resources, business or a related field with at least five to seven years of progressive human resources experience in a health care organization.

Human Resources Assistant
Full Time:  Human Resources Assistant supporting corporate human resources department in Centerville, Ohio.  We seek an experienced Human Resources Assistant to provide clerical and computer support for 900+ employees. Responsibilities include HRIS input and report writing, special projects and new employee processing.  Qualified candidate will possess two to five years of Human Resources and HRIS experience.  Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge in Word and Excel is necessary, Abra experience a strong plus.  All qualified candidates will also possess strong attention to detail, deadline-driven personality, customer service focus and a minimum of an Associate’s degree in a business-related field.


Positions available at Bethany Village in Centerville, Ohio

Licensed Practical Nurse
Licensed Practical Nurse:  Responsible for providing superb patient care for residents in our Long Term Care units, Memory Support unit and Rehabilitation Center.  IV certification is required with strong work history including long term care.  Qualified candidates will have strong assessment skills, great customer service skills and previous health care experience.

      Available shifts for LPN:
 
          PT 7am-3:30pm, (8 hrs/wk, every other weekend)
          PT 7am-3:30pm, (16 hrs/wk, every other weekend)

State-Tested Nursing Assistants
State-tested nurse assistant (STNA) positions available on all shifts to care for residents on our Long Term Care units, Rehabilitation Center and Memory Support unit.  Qualified candidates will have completed the State of Ohio Nurse Aide Training Program and have their 75-hour Nursing Aide Training Certificate. Must have a high school diploma or GED.

       Available shifts for RCT (STNA):  

          PT 7am-3:30pm, (16 hrs/wk, every other weekend)
          PT 3pm-11:30pm, (16 hrs/wk, every other weekend)
          PT 7pm-7:30am, (24 hrs/wk, every other weekend)
          PT 11pm-7:30am, (8 hrs/wk, every other weekend)
          PT 11pm-7:30am, (16 hrs/wk, every other weekend)
          FT 7am-3:30pm, (40 hrs/wk, every other weekend)
          FT 3pm-11:30pm, (40 hrs/wk, every other weekend)
          FT 7pm-7:30am, (36 hrs/wk, every other weekend)

         
Driver
PRN position:  Provides transportation services for residents for meetings, group activities and department functions.  Qualified candidates will possess a high school diploma or GED and a Class C-Passenger CDL license (with air brake endorsement).  At least one year of experience driving a vehicle which carries at least ten passengers is preferred.

Home Health Aide
Part-time: 16 hours per week (hours include days and evenings, but are flexible). Bethany Village is currently seeking a Home Health Aide to work in our assisted and independent living areas (on campus only).  Must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid Ohio Driver’s License, and a strong desire to work and care for the elderly population.
         
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (C.O.T.A.)
PRN: Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, will perform treatments and provide occupational therapy instruction and demonstration for our residents.  Qualified candidates will have current Ohio certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.

Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (L.P.T.A.)
PRN:  Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, performs treatments and provides physical therapy instruction and demonstration for our residents. Qualified candidates will have current Ohio certification as a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.

Therapy Aide
Part-time:  Position responsible for providing transportation to patients/residents to scheduled therapy appointments in a safe and efficient manner.  Qualified candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and STNA certification.

Housekeeping Team Leader
Full-time:  Position provides supervision to housekeeping employees in maintaining a comfortable, clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment in all resident home areas and public areas.  Duties include the preparation and maintenance of weekly employee work schedules.  Qualified candidates will possess a high school diploma or GED and at least three years housekeeping experience which included supervisory responsibilities.  A good working knowledge of scheduling and housekeeping procedures is required.

Housekeeper
Full-time: Position provides housekeeping and cleaning service in all household and common areas of our facilities.  Qualified candidates must be able to operate all job-related equipment, carry out both verbal and written instructions, and have excellent verbal and customer service skills.  Lifting is required up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Cleaner
Full-time: Position primarily responsible for shampooing, spot cleaning and vacuuming rugs, sweeping, mopping and refinishing hard surface floors, trash removal, cleaning common areas and other duties as assigned.  Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial field preferred, but will consider applicants with excellent work and attendance history. High school diploma or GED required.

Laundry
Part-time: 16 hours per week (includes every other weekend).  Position available to provide laundry services including washing, drying, folding, sorting and delivery of clothing/linens. Qualified candidates must be able to operate all job-related equipment, carry out both verbal and written instructions, and have excellent communication and customer service skills.  Lifting is required up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Direct Care
Full-time and part-time positions to provide direct care of individuals with mental retardation/developmental disabilities in our group homes. Requires high school diploma or GED and valid driver’s license. Experience with mental retardation/developmental disabilities a plus. Full-time and part-time positions available in Dayton, Middletown, Hamilton and Cincinnati.
